2011 State of the City Address
Mayor Ellison's 2011 State of the City Address was held as part of the Royal Oak Rotary Club's luncheon event, at the Emagine Entertainment Complex on Tuesday, July 12, 2011.
The Mayor's annual "State of the City" address that was taped on Tuesday, July 12 at the Emagine Theater, will air Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm and Wednesdays and Fridays at noon on WROK Channel 17 Comcast, Channel 10 W.O.W.
