Food Truck Rally!

It's another Food Truck Rally! On Wednesday, May 14th, from 5-9pm, a gathering of Metro Detroit's finest food trucks will be setting up inside the Royal Oak Farmers Market. Bring the whole family for a great variety of affordable food and wonderful music! This event is brought to you by the Michigan Mobile Food Vendors Association (MMFVA).

Fire Fighter's Open House

The Royal Oak Fire Fighters will be hosting their annual Open House on Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 11 a.m. till 2 p.m. at fire station one (215 E. Sixth Street). There will be refreshments, live Technical Rescue demonstration, Sparky the Fire Dog, Fire Prevention Smokehouse, Free Events, Jaws of Life Demo, fire vehicle displays, CPR demonstration, Thermal Imaging Camera display, and more! Lots of fun and enjoyment for everyone!

Royal Oak Concert Band

The Concert is entitled "A Musical Voyage Around the World" and will be held on Sunday, October 27th at 3:00p.m. at Royal Oak High School (1500  Lexington Blvd, Royal Oak). PTSA Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair

Great Lakes National Cemetery Bus Tour

Veterans and their families can learn about the benefits and honors offered by the Great Lakes National Cemetery during a free bus tour by William Sullivan & Son Funeral Directors on Tuesday, October 29.

Veterans and their guests will board the bus at the funeral home, 705 W. 11 Mile Road, beginning at 9 a.m. and will return at 2 p.m. The funeral home will provide a free lunch during the trip.  Reservations should be made at 248-541-7000.Read more »
