Nature Society Annual Fundraiser

The Royal Oak Nature Society is having their 7th Annual Soire/Fundraiser on Friday, April 20 at the Royal Oak Elks Club.  The main source of funding for this community group is from a silent auction.  Please contact us if you or your business would be interested in donating items to the silent auction, or if you would like to sponsor one of the events guest tables (table sponsorship is $100),  please contact the Nature Society at 248.246.3380 and leave a message, or email us at naturesociety@ci.royal-oak.mi.us

Nature Society's 7th Annual Soire/Fundraiser

• When: April 20 (Friday), 2012
• Where: Royal Oak Elks Club   (2401 E. 4th Street at Stephenson Hwy, Royal Oak)
• Time:  7:00pm to 10:00pm
• Ticket Cost:  $10 in advance;    $12 at the door;   Donations accepted for children under 12

Tickets can be purchased at our Nature Society speaker programs, nature walks, from any Nature Society board member or just send a check by mail. Write “Fundraiser Tickets” in the memo section and include your phone number on your check. Mail checks ($10) to Royal Oak Nature Society, 1600 N. Campbell Rd, Royal Oak, MI 48067. Ticket(s) will be waiting for you at the door.

There will be light refreshments & cash bar. Activities include a Silent Auction with a large variety of interesting items to bid on, a 50/50 raffle and an awards ceremony.

Payment for auction items can be made by cash, check or credit card.

Purpose of the fundraiser is to raise money for Tenhave Woods & Cummingston Park improvement projects, and for our new arboretum in Worden Park East.

Please contact us if you know someone who might be interested in donating something that can be used for our silent auction (item, gift certificate, etc.) or if you know someone who might be interested in sponsoring one of our guest tables ($100 per table).
