Police Chief Declares Snow Emergency at 9:04am

A snow emergency has been declared in Royal Oak. Snow emergency is over as of 1:15pm on 2/23. Snow Emergency conditions are generally defined as a snowfall of four inches or more. All vehicles on residential streets are to be removed or will be towed and/or ticketed. Vehicles are to remain off the streets until plow trucks have gone through the area.
